Requirements: you must have the following credentials to qualify
- A high school diploma/GED or actively enrolled in one or the other and still be able to work full-time
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license with a clean driving history that is insurable
- A strong ability to connect, learn from, be led by, and work with the most diverse group of plumbers and plumbing customer service representatives in the area
- Pass a drug screen and background check
- No less than four years’ experience in the trade with no less than 1 year at any one company

Plumbing Assistant
$500 – $1,000 Sign-on bonus, based on experience
Traditionally the term assistant carries little to no merit and often has no opportunity for advancement. However, at Blue Planet Plumbing most of our technicians started with us as assistants or apprentices and are now running their own service trucks.
We handpick our team and mentor, groom, and prepare our plumbing assistants for a leadership role at our company in the future.
Requirements: you must have the following credentials to qualify
- A high school diploma/GED or actively enrolled in one or the other and still be able to work full-time
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license with a clean driving history that is insurable
- A strong ability to connect, learn from, be led by, and work with the most diverse group of plumbers and plumbing customer service representatives in the area

You will book service appointments and do whatever is necessary to promote client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Convert incoming client calls into booked service appointments.

Blue Planet Plumbing is seeking to fill the role of a DISPATCHER: As a DSR/ Dispatch Service Representative, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure desired company growth. You will be responsible for maintaining our technician’s schedules and administrative/clerical functions. **Experience in dispatching for a service-based company is required. You will not be considered unless this requirement is met**

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prioritize and assign calls for field staff based on company requirements to assist with meeting established sales goals.
- Maintain communication with technicians to ensure their schedule is as seamless as possible.
